Meet Leo & Taliah — A Bond That Deserves a Forever Home Together

Leo and Taliah are a bonded pair of Huskies whose story is rooted in survival, connection, and love. They were facing euthanasia at the shelter simply due to lack of space. As kennel mates, they found comfort in each other during an uncertain and frightening time, forming a bond that helped them endure what could have been a heartbreaking ending.

We do not know much about their life before the shelter, but what we do know is this: their connection to each other is undeniable. It is the reason they were saved, and it is the reason we are committed to keeping them together.

Separating them is not an option. They belong side by side.

Leo is the older and wiser of the two. At ten years old and about sixty five pounds, he has a calm, gentle presence and a charming personality. He still enjoys playtime, especially entertaining himself with his bowl, and brings a quiet joy to those around him.

Taliah is four years old and full of life. At around sixty pounds, she is more active and playful, and she absolutely loves affection. Belly rubs, pets, and human attention are her favorite things, and she is always happy to return that love tenfold.

Together, they balance each other beautifully. They are incredibly friendly, affectionate, and social, with personalities that make them a joy to be around. They would make wonderful family dogs and loyal companions for a home ready to welcome not just one dog, but a bonded pair with twice the love.

Leo and Taliah are up to date on their vaccinations and are both sterilized. They are healthy, happy, and hopeful for a home that will see their bond as the gift that it is.
