Thankfully, someone saw beyond his circumstances.

After seeing Harlan's story, a compassionate adopter fell in love with him and reached out, asking us to help rescue him.

Today, Harlan is on his way to his forever home in Ohio, where he'll finally experience the love, security, and stability he has waited so patiently for.
