Cole's Happy Ending: One Networker Helped Change His Life

Cole had become one of the shelter's long-stay dogs.

As the days turned into weeks, and the weeks into months, his time slowly ran out until he found himself on the euthanasia list.

It wasn't because he had done anything wrong.

He had simply waited too long.

Thankfully, someone refused to let his story end there.

A dedicated networker shared Cole's story, hoping the right person would see him.

They did.

A compassionate adopter fell in love with Cole and wanted to give him the second chance he deserved. We were able to rescue him and transport him safely to his forever home.

Today, Cole is living a wonderful life in Oregon.

He has a spacious place to explore, a loving family, and an amazing big brother to share his adventures with.

The dog who once faced losing everything is now exactly where he belongs.

Cole's journey is a reminder that every shared post matters.

Networking gives dogs the chance to be seen, and sometimes that's all it takes for the right family to find them.
